After Care

Lash Extension Do’s and don’ts | Lash Aftercare

WANT GREAT RETENTION?

✧You can get them wet immediately - after Full Sets & Fills!

✧Cleanse your lids, under eyes & lashes with an approved lash cleanser daily. It will improve retention & avoid infections.

(Need Cleanser before your next appointment? You can order one here to be shipped directly to you!)

✧Pat lashes dry with a fiber free towel.

✧Brush your lashes as needed - like when you wake up & after you cleanse them or get them wet. Pat dry first for extra fluff!

✧If you wear eye makeup, remove thoroughly or cleanse twice. (Not wearing makeup will enhance your retention!) Need a little shimmer, color or sparkle? Ask me about extension friendly eyeshadow & eyeliner!

✧Avoid oils on & around the eye area. Oils affect the adhesive bond. (That means setting sprays, sunscreens or any oil based skincare!)

✧Try not to touch your lashes, I know they’re soft but that can lead to picking at them. Don't yank, pull, rub or tug on your lashes. Use the spoolie if you are wanting to itch your eyes.

✧Avoid sleeping on your face, as it can flatten lashes & cause breakage.

✧Avoid excess steam & heat (that means Hot Yoga) as it can affect retention & cause lashes to singe or loose their curl.

✧Book fills on a regular basis, (2-4 weeks depending on your lash growth -you should have at least 50% left) lashes should always look good, just a little less full.
